Contract

Fleet services NI do not operate a fixed contract, therefore you are free to withdraw from our services at anytime by contacting us in writing with 30 days notice.  If we need to cancel our services to you, we will give you 30 days’ notice in writing also.  Any services provided up to this time will be invoiced accordingly.

Fleet Maintenance

You should understand that you are responsible for maintaining your vehicle and taking the vehicles to dealerships/garages approved by the lender for repairs, regular servicing in line with the manufacturer’s service intervals, MOT inspections, etc. required throughout the duration of the agreement.

All vehicles must be maintained to manufacturer standards and adhere to the specific vehicle servicing schedule.

Reporting content

Fleet services NI will try to the best of our abilities to report as accurately as possible, however this reporting is reflected upon the level of information and content continually provided by you and/or your business.

If information is not made available, you must understand that this may give inaccurate or misleading reporting that fleet services NI will not be held accountable for. 

All reports provided by fleet services NI are to be used as guidance only to assist in managing your businesses needs.

Payments

Fleet services NI will invoice you monthly.  Payments must be received within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed and noted in your account form.  Failure to comply may result in us withdrawing our services until payment is fulfilled.

Non payment may also result in us passing your details to a collection agency or possible legal action to be taken to recover the payments.  This may also result in additional fees which you may be responsible for.

Data Protection

Information provided to us may be shared with third parties in the course of our contract. Your contact information may be used by us throughout the duration of the contract term in the event we need to contact you on matters relating to your contract and/or vehicle. All information held about you by our company is held in strict compliance with GDPR.
