We offer a one-stop shop package to fulfill all the needs of your business.  There are no fixed contracts or additional fees.

However, we know that each business is bespoke, therefore, please contact us to discuss alternative package options that you require to operate your business.

 

Priced at £2* per week per vehicle (28.5p per day), you will receive the following in a monthly report:

 

• Month by month business fleet cost summary report with average cost per vehicle and estimated year end projection.
• Upcoming maintenance schedule, in addition to this you will get separate communications when due dates are approaching with sufficient notice. 
• Monthly mileage log.
• Fleet locations and breakdown of vehicle types within your company.
• Detailed updated monthly fleet list showing all essential fleet information.
• Annual driver licence checks and driver training log (basic training info and drive handbook supplied).
• Fleet unscheduled breakdown / VOR log and scoring index to highlight problematic vehicles, total number of breakdowns and number of days downtime.
• Individual detailed vehicle cost breakdown.
• Vehicle inspection and defect questionnaire to record weekly walk around checks and full report for your audit purposes.
